Navigate to the folder where the 'V_LATE_2_argis104.tlb' is located. Go to the 'Commands' tab and choose 'Add from file'. This has to be done only once (allowing the registration of the extension). You have to start ArcMap with administrator rights (right mouse click on the ArcMap icon and choose 'Run as administrator'). Start ArcMap and choose 'Customize Mode…' from the Customize Menu. The v_late author suggested looking at ESRIRegAsm: Both extensions only come with zip files, no exe files, and instructions on how to do it in the graphic interface. I’m not sure how much more detail I can give. I’m also looking to deploy linkage mapper. Is there a way to install the v-late ArcMap extension silently?
